  • If the condition of your item(s) meet our Returns Policy, you will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs. Customs duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees are also non-refundable as they are paid to third parties.

Our policy 

  • Items you wish to return should be in their original condition, unused and with all tags still attached.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or missing items that came with them such as belts, authenticity cards or dust bags may not be accepted.
  • All items should be returned with the completed Returns Form supplied with the original order. we will refuse to receive any packages that are not in their same packaging. 

Lingerie, Swimwear, Pierced Jewelry and All kind of bag's 

  • Briefs, bathing suits, bikini bottoms, accessories, pierced jewelry and all kind of bag's are not eligible for return.


  • All shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoebox and must be unmarked and unsoiled.
  • We accept shoe returns up to 7 days after delivery of your order so long as the shoes are unworn, show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging along with the original packing slip. 


  • Although we have made every effort to display colors as accurately as possible for the products on, computer monitors vary in how they display colors and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the colors accurately.

Store credit

Store credit in the form of a Hvettchi E-Gift Card will be issued for your return item(s) once your package is received and processed at our distribution center. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for our returns department to process your return once delivered. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item minus the shipping costs. Customs duties, Taxes, Clearance and handling fees are non refundable as they are paid to third parties, does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. Non- hvettchi items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
