We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your HV account or future orders being refused.

There’s no cost to exchange your purchase, although if you’re based outside Bahrain, Shipping, taxes and duties are applicable. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

Returning within the BAHRAIN?

Domestic returns within the BAH can be conveniently dropped off at any Aramex store. You can also return your parcel at a participating HV partner near you by visiting the brand ‘In-store’ with your invoice for exchange. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. 

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

  • If an item has a HV security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

  • Face masks must be returned unworn in their original, unopened and undamaged product packaging.

  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.


HVȆTTCHI ORDERS POLICY: 
  • HV Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  •  HV Accessories are not available for refund or exchange once ordered. (Only Damaged items)

  • If an item has a HV security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

  • HV Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

Store credit

Store credit in the form of a HV E-Gift Card will be issued for your return item(s) once your package is received and processed at our distribution center. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for our return department to process your return once delivered. Your E-Gift Card covers the purchase price of each item minus the shipping costs. Customs duties, Taxes, Clearance and handling fees are non refundable as they are paid to third parties, Hvettchi.com does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Hvettchi.com does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Important Notice: Hvettchi.com is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Hvettchi.com reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Hvettchi.com reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
